Raena Lim began their career in 2010 as President of Global Initiatives for Village Empowerment (GIVE). In 2011, they joined Goldman Sachs as a Senior Associate. In 2016, they became Co-Founder and COO of StyleTheory, a company bringing unlimited access to designer clothing for women in Singapore. In 2021, they joined NewCampus as a Power Speaker.

Raena Lim attended The University of British Columbia from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus in Finance and Organizational Consulting.
