Kevin Scott has a strong background in multimedia journalism and news production. Kevin began their career as a Reporter at Fife Free Press, where they covered court cases and local events. Kevin also led two successful campaigns for the newspaper. Kevin then moved on to Gulf News, where they worked as a Reporter, Multimedia Reporter, and Sub Editor. Kevin covered various economic and political topics, produced video content, and edited copy. Kevin then joined Bloomberg LP as a News Editor, where they researched and created content for Bloomberg TV. Kevin also worked at Microsoft as a Digital Reporter, generating original content for MSN's channels. At The Associated Press, they held several roles, including Senior News Producer and UK Editor. Kevin was responsible for delivering breaking news content to global clients, editing videos, and sourcing user-generated content. In their most recent role at STV Group plc, Kevin works as a Multimedia Journalist, self-shooting video content for Scottish news and editing programs. Kevin Scott attended Balwearie High School in Kirkcaldy from 1995 to 2001. Kevin then went on to Edinburgh Napier University, where they earned a BA (Hons) degree in Journalism from 2001 to 2005.
