Fabiana Cacace has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Fabiana began their career as a Content Writer for areacentese.com, where they covered various stories and events while developing their writing skills. Fabiana then worked as a Reporter for Podium.me, conducting audio interviews for podcasts. Fabiana later joined The Student Pocket Guide Ltd as a Content Writer, creating articles targeting the 16-24 demographic.

In 2014, they became a Retail Manager for OOH! RUBY SHOES LIMITED, overseeing boutique operations and customer relationships. During a part-time placement with STV Group plc, they gained experience as a Floor Runner and Autocue Operator, assisting with live shows and managing guests. Fabiana then joined That's TV as a Station Editor and Video Journalist, responsible for planning, filming, and editing local news stories.

In 2018, they became a UK Video Journalist for MailOnline, where they sourced and edited videos covering news, showbiz, sport, and viral content. Fabiana also handled copyright issues and licensed third-party footage. Most recently, Fabiana returned to STV Group plc as a Production Journalist, working both in digital and traditional production roles.

From 2013 to 2017, Fabiana Cacace attended Edinburgh Napier University, where they pursued a BA (hons) degree in Journalism.
