Anthony Serda has an extensive background in transportation, water resource, and environmental design. With experience at STV, where Anthony currently holds the position of Operations Director - Texas Mountain Region, Anthony has also worked as Vice President, Transportation Department Manager, Transportation Operations Manager, Associate Vice President, Associate, Design Engineer, and Engineer In Training. Prior to their time at STV, Anthony interned at the Texas Department of Transportation and Hunt Companies. Anthony obtained their Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin in 2005. Their design experience includes various aspects such as road alignments, 3D modeling, traffic control plans, storm water design, and water quality treatment.
