Cecily Lozano is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in counseling, environmental health, and community outreach. Currently serving as an Emergency Flex Counselor at Bay State Community Services, Inc. since July 2023 and as an Environmental Health Safety Specialist at Sturdy Memorial Hospital since December 2021, Cecily has previously held roles as a Credentialing Specialist at Beacon Health Options and Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Additional experience includes serving as a Referral Coordinator and Residential Staff member at The Dimock Center and as Director of Community Outreach for both a non-profit agency and ELEC. Cecily's early career included a position as Regional Benefits Coordinator at Mass Behavioral Health Partnership from 1999 to 2003. Academic credentials include education from Bridgewater State University and a certification in Paralegal from Boston University.
