Larisa Sliusarenko has a diverse work experience. Larisa started their career in 2012 as a Temporary Employee of Khabarovsk headquarters for the organization of the APEC summit at Summit Project Group. Larisa then worked as an Agency Manager at Sanya Anna in 2013. From 2013 to 2021, they worked at Far Eastern State Transport University as a Coordinator of International Educational Programs, where they managed all International Directions, promoted International Educational programs, prepared application documents for outgoing students, and created an Adaptation Program for international Students. In 2021, they began working at StudyFree as a Senior Customer Service Manager, where they supervised 10 team members, set account managers' KPIs and OKRs, and fulfilled a monthly up-sales plan. Larisa also worked as an International Education Expert and Account Manager, where they maintained up-to-date knowledge of products and services, assisted clients with university admission process, and achieved a 90%+ clients retention and CSAT. Since 2011, they have also been a Freelance Translator of Business English and International Education Counselor.

Larisa Sliusarenko began their educational journey in 2009 when they attended Far Eastern State Transport University and earned a Diploma of Specialist on service and Tourism in the field of Social and Culture Service and tourism in 2014. In 2011, they attended the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey for an Intensive English as a Second Language program. Larisa then returned to Far Eastern State Transport University in 2012 and earned a Professional Translator degree in 2014 in the field of Translator. Business English. Finally, in 2021, they completed a Motivating Gen Z Learners: What Parents and Teachers Need to Know course on Coursera through Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
