Rajkumar Kole has worked as a Director of Graphics at Study IQ Education since April 2022. Prior to that, they were a Sub Divisional Head in Edit & Graphics at Drishti IAS from March 2017 to April 2022. Before that, they worked as a Video Editor at WhiteBalance (MediaMonks) from January 2014 to December 2016.

Rajkumar Kole pursued a Bachelor of Journalism & Mass Communication degree at Guru Ghasidas University from 2004 to 2005. Following that, they attended Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication in Bhopal, where they obtained an M.Sc. in Electronic Media from 2005 to 2007.
