Tomasz Rados is a Financial Officer at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024. Previously, Tomasz worked as a Financial Correspondent and Project Assistant at the European Commission from February 2022 to January 2024, contributing to the Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support. Additional experience includes serving as a member of the Stakeholder's Council at Uniwersytet Warszawski from December 2020 to December 2023, and as a team member at the European Defence Agency from August 2018 to January 2022. Prior roles include coordination assistant at the European External Action Service, president of the Network PL association, contract agent, and programme manager/policy officer at the European Commission, as well as a position at the Polish Ministry of Economy and Labour. Tomasz holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw.
