Shibani Sahni has extensive experience in strategy, partnerships, and outreach in the social development sector, currently serving as Director of Strategy, Partnerships & Outreach at Study Hall Educational Foundation since January 2009. Sahni has designed and implemented various initiatives in digital education, health care, vocational training, and women's empowerment across seven villages in India, positively impacting over three thousand community members. As a founding member of the social venture My DiDi’s, Shibani has focused on uplifting women and girls from underprivileged backgrounds. Previous roles include serving as Director of Strategy, Marketing & Partnerships at DiDi's, Education Consultant at UNICEF India, and Manager of Marketing & Branding at Zensar Technologies Ltd, where Sahni was recognized for an award-winning marketing campaign and contributed to significant fundraising for a business school. Shibani holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Monash University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology Honors from Lady Shri Ram College For Women.
