Laura Cieplik has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Laura is currently the President and Chief Operating Officer at Studio Three, a position they have held since December 2022. Prior to that, Laura served as the Chief Operating Officer at Studio Three from November 2019 to December 2022.

Before joining Studio Three, Laura worked at LifeStart, where they held several positions. Laura'sroles at LifeStart included Vice President of Operations from May 2019 to November 2019, Senior Director of Account Management from June 2018 to May 2019, Director of Account Management from October 2015 to June 2018, Regional Manager from March 2011 to October 2015, and General Manager from October 2010 to March 2011.

Additionally, Laura worked as a Group Exercise Instructor at East Bank Club from October 2015 to June 2018. Laura began their career as a Graduate Assistant at Eastern Illinois University from August 2009 to August 2010.

Laura Cieplik completed their education at Eastern Illinois University from 2005 to 2010. During this time, they obtained both a Masters and Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science. Additionally, they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Exercise Physiology. Laura Cieplik also holds several certifications including Active Intro and Active Corrective from Redcord USA, Intrinsic Biomechanics Level 1 and Level 2 from Intrinsic Motion, NSCA-CPT from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), Pilates Mat 1 from Balanced Body, Schwinn Indoor Cycling Instructor from Schwinn Fitness, and TRX Trainer from TRX Training.
