Karen P. serves as the Community Relations Manager for the Norfolk Police Department, with over 8 years of experience in creating and managing civic engagement initiatives, community partnerships, and public relations events. Previously, Karen held the role of Public Information Officer, where responsibilities included planning press conferences and preparing press releases. As a National Voice Over Talent for Studio Center, Karen has garnered 14 years of experience in voice acting for commercials and documentary narration. Karen’s earlier career included a 13-year tenure as an On-Air Talent and News & Public Service Director at ENTERCOM COMMUNICATIONS, where compelling content for diverse radio formats was created and delivered. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in English from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
