Samantha Grom is an experienced Learning Experience Designer currently working at Studio 5 - Learning and Development, Inc. since July 2022. Previously, as an Instructional Designer II at Cook Ross from March 2020 to June 2022, Samantha led the design and implementation of training programs focused on Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity. Samantha's professional journey includes roles as an HR Learning and Development Intern at Cvent, a Graduate Student at The George Washington University, and a Psychometric Support Assistant at American Institutes for Research, among others. Holding a Master of Education in Organizational Leadership and Learning and a Bachelor's in Psychology, Samantha combines a strong educational background with a diverse skill set in learning design, project management, and collaborative development of educational solutions.
