Mikaela Fläderblom has extensive experience in communication and leadership roles within various organizations. Currently serving as a ¹óö°ù²ú³Ü²Ô»å²õ²õ³Ù²â°ù±ð±ô²õ±ð±ô±ð»å²¹³¾´Ç³Ù at Nykterhetsrörelsens Scoutförbund since October 2023 and as a Distriktsstyrelseledamot at Västra Scoutdistriktet, Mikaela also holds multiple positions with Svenska kyrkan, including Digital kommunikatör and Redaktör sociala medier at the national level. Previous roles include work as a kommunikatör for UNF - Ungdomens Nykterhetsförbund and project-related positions with municipalities such as Botkyrka and Järfälla, where Mikaela demonstrated skills in guiding youth and managing community projects. Educationally, Mikaela holds a degree in Media- och Kommunikationsvetenskap from Uppsala University and studied graphic design at Forsbergs Skola, among other institutions.
