Samantha Kwok MSc has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as an Educator at lululemon athletica. In 2011, they served as a Research Assistant at the Robarts Research Institute, followed by a role as a Research Assistant at Apopharma Inc. in 2012. From 2013 to 2016, Samantha worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Alberta and also served as an Organic Lab Teaching Assistant at the University of Waterloo. In 2017, they became a Research and Administrative Assistant at the University of Alberta. From 2017 to 2019, Samantha worked as an Operations Manager at 48Hour Discovery Inc., where they handled various responsibilities such as business development, grant applications, and financial management. Samantha then moved on to Copperstone Technologies Ltd. where they held multiple roles, including Director of Operations and Operations and Business Development, from 2019 to 2023. Currently, Samantha holds the position of Sr Operations Manager at STUDEO.

Samantha Kwok MSc. completed their education in a chronological order. Samantha started their academic journey in 2004 at Iroquois Ridge High School where they received their high school education. After that, from 2008 to 2013, they attended the University of Waterloo and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree with Honours in Biochemistry. Following their bachelor's degree, they pursued a Master's degree in Chemistry at the University of Alberta from 2013 to 2015. Lastly, from 2018 to 2021, Samantha attended McMaster University Continuing Education to acquire a diploma in Accounting.
