Aliza Heslop has a diverse work experience history. Aliza started their career as an Assistant Project Manager at The Maude Group in 2007 and then worked as a Marketing Assistant at USA Marketing in 2008. In 2009, they became a Parent Child Educator at Brighter Beginnings and a Volunteer Case Manager at the California Re-Entry Program. In 2011, Aliza worked as a Sales Development Representative at Lyris Technologies. Aliza then joined Jewish Vocational Service (JVS) as an Employment Specialist and Job Search Skills Instructor in 2012. In the same year, they also began working at Students Rising Above as the Director of People and as a College and Career Advisor. Aliza has gained experience in various sectors, including non-profits, education, and marketing, and has been passionate about helping others throughout their career.

Aliza Heslop obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts from Saint Mary's College of California, completing their education between the years 2005 and 2009.
