Rubi Herrera Franco, MSW, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in student services and social work. Currently serving as the Head of Student Services and Head of Impact at Student Success Agency since August 2015, Rubi also co-founded UndocuCarolina at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where involvement began in August 2018. Previous roles include a Social Work Intern at Mindfully Fierce; The Compassion Guide and a Family Engagement Coach at Children's Home Society of North Carolina. Additionally, Rubi gained research experience as a Student Research Assistant at The William and Ida Friday Center for Continuing Education. Educational credentials include a Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal and Organizational Communications from the same institution.
