Lilly Strade has a diverse work experience, starting with their most recent role as a Student Coordinator at the Wisconsin Union's Center for Leadership & Involvement. Prior to that, they held various positions at the Student Retail Association at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, including Vice President of Internal Relations and Marketing Manager. Lilly also worked as a Front Desk Staff member at UW Housing. Lilly'searlier experience includes working as a Barista at Starbucks, where they demonstrated excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle high volume.

Lilly Strade received their High School Diploma from Eisenhower Middle/High in 2021. Lilly then enrolled at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Behavior & Marketplace Studies. Lilly is expected to complete their degree in 2025.
