Heather Antoine is a partner at Stubbs Alderton & Markiles, LLP, where Heather chairs the Trademark Practice and the Privacy and Data Security Practice, focusing on a range of intellectual property protections including trademark prosecution and copyright. Prior experience includes serving as Chair and Vice Chair of the Intellectual Property Law Section at the California Lawyers Association and owning Antoine Law Group. Heather also held the position of Secretary on the Executive Committee of the Intellectual Property Law Section of the State Bar of California. Heather earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Whittier Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Diplomacy and World Affairs from Occidental College.
