Guillaume de TAILLAC is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Engineering Director for the BU Europe - Hard Trims Division at STS Group, part of the Adler Pelzer Group, since February 2020. Prior to this role, Guillaume held various positions at ArcelorMittal Tubular Products, including R&D Director for the BU Tubular Products Vitry from September 2010 to January 2020, focusing on the design and manufacture of mechanical sub-assemblies for the automotive industry. Guillaume's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Metaltemple, where responsibilities encompassed project management and development in investment steel casting and machining, and at Valeo Security Systems, concentrating on the design of automotive latches. A graduate of HEI - Hautes Etudes d'Ingénieur with a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Guillaume brings over two decades of expertise to the automotive sector.
