Elliot Katz is an experienced software developer with a robust background in finance and technology. Currently a developer at STS Consulting since September 2012, Elliot contributes to the creation of applications for monitoring and controlling trading on the New York Stock Exchange, utilizing Flex for front-end development. Prior experience includes serving as a senior developer at Moody's from July 2004 to August 2012, where Elliot worked on reporting and data-entry applications for Structured Finance and Public Finance groups using technologies such as Java, C++, and SQL. Before that, Elliot held the position of AVP – Systems Developer at Merrill Lynch from May 1998 to June 2003 and worked as a senior developer at Lehman Brothers from July 1996 to July 1998. Elliot holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Boston University.
