Nina Boyadzhieva is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an HR Manager at Strypes since November 2019, Nina acts as a strategic business partner, leading a team of HR specialists and aligning HR strategies with company goals. Previous experience includes mentoring young entrepreneurs at Mentor the Young, and over eight years at ProCredit Bank (Bulgaria) in senior HR roles focused on recruitment, employer branding, and internship programs. Earlier positions include HR Specialist at Mobiltel, where recruitment and training activities were organized. Nina holds a Master's degree in Marketing from the University of Economics - Varna and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from the Technical University of Varna.
