Mitzi M. currently serves as the Senior Director of Indirect Procurement Strategy & Programs at Stryker since December 2021. Prior to this role, Mitzi held various leadership positions at O-I from March 2009 to May 2020, including Strategy & Integration Enterprise Program Sr. Manager and Global Procurement Business Process and Services Manager within the Enterprise Center of Excellence. Throughout the career, Mitzi has overseen procurement operations, strategic sourcing, compliance initiatives, and enterprise program integrations across multiple regions and disciplines. Earlier professional experiences include roles at Laramar Group, IHS, McDATA, J.D. Edwards, HSR Business to Business, and Reynolds and Reynolds, demonstrating a strong background in procurement, process optimization, and client services. Mitzi holds a Bachelor's degree in Interpersonal and Public Communication and an MBA from Bowling Green State University.
