Mike VanVleet is an experienced human resources leader, currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Stryker since July 2003. Throughout tenure at Stryker, Mike has held various senior positions including Sr. Director of Human Resources for Global Quality and Operations, Vice President of Human Resources for Global Supply, Capital & Strategic Sourcing, and Vice President of Operations. Prior roles at Stryker also include responsibilities in operations and human resources spanning the Kalamazoo area. Before joining Stryker, Mike served as an umpire for Major League Baseball from February 1994 to May 2003. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Management from Albion College, earned between 1989 and 1993.
