Jim Galer, MBA, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Engineer at Stryker since April 2011, Jim previously held positions as a Senior Product Development Engineer at Knoll, where successful product launches were achieved through cross-functional team leadership. Other roles include Advanced Product Development Engineer at Magna Donnelly, Manufacturing/Launch Engineer and Tooling Team Manager at Johnson Controls, and various engineering positions at Lacks Enterprises, Magna International, and Donnelly Corporation. Jim holds an MBA in Marketing from Grand Valley State University and a B.S. in Engineering Physics from Hope College.
