Deepika Sharma is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in service delivery and testing practices. Currently serving as IT Director at Stryker since January 2020, Deepika has previously held multiple leadership roles, including Testing Practice Lead and Testing Practice Head. Prior to this, Deepika worked at UnitedHealth Group from November 2007 to January 2020 in roles such as Senior Manager and Project Manager, and started the career as a Quality Control Engineer at Keane India from October 2005 to November 2007. Deepika's educational background includes an ongoing Asia Pacific Harvard Leadership Program in Organizational Leadership at Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning, and degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from Jesus and Mary College and Indira Gandhi National Open University, respectively.
