Cheryl Hayes possesses extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, serving in leadership roles across several prominent companies. As the Director of Global Procurement at Stryker, Cheryl leads procurement initiatives, while previously holding the position of Chief of Staff and NPI Operations Director at Applied Materials. At Siemens Healthineers, Cheryl was the Head of Procurement, Strategy & Innovation for Siemens Healthcare. Additionally, Cheryl held multiple roles including Director of Global Supply Chain Management for OEM Operations and Senior Manager of Global Supply Chain Management for 3rd Party Products at EMC, as well as Commodity Manager at EMC Corporation. Cheryl also contributes to the Massachusetts Biotech Council as an Advisory Board Member and has a foundational background in materials management from Unisyn Technologies. Cheryl's educational background includes studies at Northeastern University and Milford High School.
