Sára Diatilová began their work experience in 2010 as a Banquet Wait Staff at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where they worked until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as an Administrative Support at Weinhold Legal, v.o.s. Then, in 2017, they joined Accenture as a Management Consulting Intern, transitioning to a Management Consulting Analyst role in 2018. Sára worked at Accenture until 2020 when they joined STRV as a Product Manager.

Sára Diatilová completed their Bachelor's degree in International Business from Prague University of Economics and Business in the years 2012-2015. Sára then pursued a Master's degree in International Business from the same institution from 2015-2017. During this period, in 2016-2017, they also attended HEC Lausanne - The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne, focusing on Business and Economics. Later, from 2018-2021, Sára pursued another Master's degree, this time in Political Science and Government, from the University of Hradec Králové.
