Nitin Chandra has a diverse work experience starting as a Business Analyst at Accenture in 2006. Nitin then moved on to roles at CapTech Consulting, Wells Fargo Securities, and Federal City Capital Partners before transitioning to MidCap Financial in 2016. Nitin served as AVP/VP/Director in ABL & Technology Finance until 2022 when they joined Structural Capital as a Principal. In 2022, they became a Board Member at HashLynx Inc. and a Board Observer at Interos Inc in 2023. Additionally, they have been a Technology Investor since 2019, with investments in various companies such as GroupSense and Vint.

Nitin Chandra holds a B.S. in Systems & Information Engineering (with a second major in Economics) from the University of Virginia, earned in 2006. Nitin pursued post-graduate studies in Systems & Information Engineering at the same university from 2009 to 2011 before completing their M.B.A in Finance/General Management at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business in 2013.
