Niamh Connaughton is a Communications Consultant at Struber since June 2023, following a tenure as a Management Consultant in the People and Organisation division at PwC Ireland from September 2021 to April 2023. Niamh's experience includes significant work on change management, digital transformation, reward benchmarking, and HR due diligence for both public and private sector clients. Prior roles include Substitute Teacher for the Department of Education — Ireland, Psychology Summer Research Intern at Dublin City University, and various positions in equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. Niamh holds a Master of Science in Work and Organisational Psychology from the University of Limerick and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Dublin City University.
