Debra Lancelot is an accomplished Executive Director of Delivery at Struber, leading a national team of communication, engagement, and creative delivery consultants on over 100 projects annually for more than 30 clients across Australia. Prior roles at Struber include Delivery Director and Associate Director - Delivery, where Debra focused on achieving excellence and implementing best practices in project management. With a strong background in stakeholder engagement and communications, Debra previously managed significant projects for the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority and developed the successful Women in Engineering Program at The University of Queensland. Debra's extensive experience in community relations and marketing spans multiple sectors, including previous roles at CPB Contractors, Phillips Group, and Youth Hostels Association Queensland. Debra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from Queensland University of Technology.
