Debra Niewald is the Founder and CEO of Wunderground LLC, where leadership challenges are addressed through a pragmatic approach. With a strong background as a Certified Kolbe Consultant® and an Expert EOS® Implementer, Debra has facilitated over 500 sessions for entrepreneurial leaders, helping them achieve greater vision clarity and team cohesion. Additional experience includes roles as a Certified Somatic Coach at the Strozzi Institute, an actor with the Screen Actors Guild, and leadership positions at LXCouncil and Vistage International, Inc. Debra's marketing expertise is further demonstrated through past positions as VP of Brand Marketing at SpringCM and VP of Integrated Marketing at Prism Communication Services, Inc. Educational qualifications include a BA and BFA in English, Journalism, and Marketing from Southern Methodist University, along with certification in Leadership Development from the Strozzi Institute.
