Crystal Whitford is an experienced operations manager and owner of CSW Consulting, LLC, specializing in hospitality consulting since June 2019. As an operations manager at Stronghold since December 2021, Crystal has built expertise in managing and executing operational strategies. Prior experience includes serving as the director of operations at WeBFoods, where responsibilities included designing and launching eateries, and as special project manager at Cannabis Care Wellness Center, overseeing COO special projects.
