Katherine 'Kit' Dickman is an accomplished Executive Assistant with extensive experience in supporting high-level executives and organizations. Currently serving at Stronghold Investment Management since December 2021, Katherine has also been a Founding Board Member and Advisor to the Board at YPO Next Generation (YNG) Dallas since October 2012, contributing significantly to its development and ongoing activities. Previous roles include Executive Assistant at Perot Services Company, LLC, and providing personal assistance to a high-net-worth family, enhancing daily operations through meticulous project management and event planning. Katherine has organized significant fundraising events for Texas Legends Care and served as a VIP Hostess at Southern Methodist University. Katherine graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor's degree in Markets & Culture, focusing on Nonprofit Studies, and studied abroad at Charles University in Prague.
