Adam Von Rothfelder has a varied work experience, beginning in 2011 with their role as a Personal Strength and Performance Coach for Von Strong. Adam also worked as a Model/Actor for Q model in 2011. In 2014, they held the role of PCC Assistant for Dragon Door Publications, Fitness Expert on Wakeup Show for Fox 6 news, Owner Operator for Drench Fitness Boutique, Content Writer for Onnit Labs, and Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Milwaukee Wave and Creative Director for MKE Sports & Entertainment. In 2015, they worked as a Health Coach and all around Bad Ass for NBC. Finally, in 2018, they became the CEO and Founder of the Strong Coffee Company.

Adam Von Rothfelder completed their high school diploma at Greenfield High School in 2000, where they studied gym, health sciences, and lunch. Adam then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in History at Cardinal Stritch University, which they are still currently working towards. Adam has also obtained numerous certifications, including Kaatsu Blood Flow Restriction Training from KAATSU-Highly Advanced Medical Technology Training Centre (Pvt.) Limited in 2017, Kettlebell from Onnit Labs in 2017, Foundation from Onnit Labs in 2017, CPR & First Aid from American Red Cross in 2016, Strength and Conditioning Coach from (ISSA) International Sports Sciences Association in 2015, Progressive Calisthenics Certification from Dragon Door Publications in 2015, Natural Movnat Training from Movnat in 2015, Rip Trainer Certified from TRX Training in 2013, and Suspension Training from TRX Training in 2011.
