David Witterseh is an experienced maritime professional currently serving as a Lægdommer at Østre Landsret since January 2024 and as Crew Manager for Captains at Stromma from November 2022. With a strong background in maritime leadership, David oversees operations for up to 70 captains, emphasizing safety and efficiency. Previous roles include Operations Officer at the Danish Naval Home Guard, where coordination of deployments and crisis management were critical, and Navigation Officer in the Royal Danish Navy, focusing on navigational planning in Arctic waters and cadet education. David's early career included positions as Duty Officer at Arctic Command and Deck Officer in Forsvaret, complemented by a robust educational foundation, including a Diploma of Education in Management Accounting and a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, along with a Naval officer degree from the Royal Danish Naval Academy.
