Vin Micciche has over two decades of experience in the automotive, RV, and powersport industries. Vin started their career in 1996 at Ira Motor Group, where they held various positions including General Manager and BDC Manager, where they started the company's first Business Development Center. In 2001, they joined Group 1 Automotive as their East Region Ecommerce Director, where they oversaw all digital advertising and started new e-commerce initiatives. Vin also served as the East Region Director of Business Development, where they centralized the BDC for 48 dealerships and was recognized as the #1 Wards eDealer 100 for 2011. In 2014, they founded STROLID, Inc, where they help automotive, RV, and powersport dealers and their customers with strong process and solid results.

Vin Micciche attended Fitchburg State University from 1988 to 1992, where they studied Management Information Systems, General. Vin then attended NADA Dealer Academy from 2006 to 2007, where they studied General Management.
