Sammy Williams has a diverse work experience. They started their career in 2005 at Birmingham City Council as an HR Project Officer, where they worked until 2007. After that, they transitioned to the role of Events & Communications Officer and remained in that position until 2014. In 2014, Sammy joined the Stroke Association and served as the UK Stroke Forum Conference Manager until 2015. From 2015 onwards, they took on the role of UK Stroke Forum Business and Relationship Manager.

Sammy Williams obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Events & Exhibition Management from Birmingham City University. This educational achievement took place between 2009 and 2011.
