Paul Finch has extensive work experience in the field of HR. Paul started their career in 2001 at The British Museum as an HR Support Officer, and then moved on to Cranstoun in 2004, where they held the same position. In 2008, they joined B'Spoke HR as an HR Adviser, but left in 2012. Following that, they joined Cushman & Wakefield as an HR Officer and worked there until 2017. Currently, they are working as a People Business Partner at Stroke Association, a role they have held since May 2017.
Paul Finch completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Archaeological & Environmental Science from the University of East London from 1997 to 2000. Paul further pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Scientific Methods in Archaeology from the University of Bradford from 2002 to 2003. Lastly, they completed another Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resource Management & Business from Aston University from 2010 to 2014.
