Valentina Esposito has extensive work experience in various engineering roles. Valentina is currently working at Strohm, where they started as a Research Associate in 2007 and later became a Coating & Field Joint Coating Engineer at Saipem. In 2013, they joined Heerema Marine Contractors as a Coating & Field Joint Coating Engineer and worked there until 2019. Valentina then returned to Strohm as a Proposal Manager, where they played a key role in promoting the company's technologies and supporting clients in the green energy industry. In 2022, Valentina advanced to the position of Global Tendering Manager at Strohm. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in materials engineering and a commitment to driving sustainability in the energy sector.

Valentina Esposito obtained a Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II between 2001 and 2004. Valentina later pursued a Master's degree in the same field of study from the same university, completing it between 2004 and 2006.
