Ross Fulton has had a diverse work experience in the field of project management and engineering. Ross began their career at Balmoral in 2014 as a Project Engineer, where they contributed to the design, development, and delivery of projects in the Subsea sector. In January 2020, they were promoted to the role of Senior Project Engineer and Team Lead, overseeing small to large projects and leading a team of three Project Engineers. Ross effectively managed project requirements, plans, stakeholders, risks, and change control, while also demonstrating proficiency in conflict resolution, resourcing, and cost control. Throughout their tenure, Ross successfully managed the design, testing, and delivery of unique buoyancy products for the Liza field, as well as multiple large contracts in parallel. Ross was instrumental in developing and implementing efficient project management processes within the department. In 2023, Ross joined Strohm as a Project Manager.
Ross Fulton attended Kincorth Academy from 2003 to 2009. After completing their secondary education, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Aberdeen from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Ross obtained the APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) from the Association for Project Management in August 2022.
