Caroline Justet has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Caroline currently holds the position of Vice President Europe at Strohm since May 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Business Growth Executive - Energy in Transition at Strohm from February 2021 to May 2022.

From September 2018 to January 2021, Caroline worked at Strohm as the Global Key Account Manager & Americas Business Development Manager.

Before joining Strohm, Caroline worked at Vallourec - North America as a Technical Sales Manager - OCTG from April 2018 to August 2018. Caroline also had a role as a Project Manager at Vallourec from June 2017 to March 2018, where they received fast-track training in manufacturing of drilling products and managed the qualification of a new product for Anadarko.

Caroline began their career at Technip in 2009 as a Manufacturing Project Manager before transitioning to the role of Subsea Project Engineer - Package Manager from September 2011 to October 2015. Caroline then served as an Asset Manager Flexible Laying Equipment - Deputy Manager Flexilay Department - T-MOS (OSLT) at Technip from November 2015 to January 2017.

Prior to Technip, Caroline worked at Fives as a Business Development Engineer from 2007 to 2009.

Caroline Justet completed their education in a chronological manner. Caroline'seducation history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Management, which they obtained from ESCP Business School between 2018 and 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in International Business from the same institution from 2006 to 2007. Caroline'sundergraduate education consists of a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Design from HEI - Hautes Etudes d'Ingénieur, which they completed between 2001 and 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Caroline Justet also obtained a certification as a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from the Texas Real Estate Commission in March 2017.
