Trupti W has a diverse range of work experience in the software development field. Trupti is currently working at STRIVR as a Staff Software Engineer since April 2022 and previously held the position of Senior Software Engineer since December 2019.

Before joining STRIVR, Trupti worked at Sterling for over three years as a Software Developer. During their time at Sterling, they learned React JS and played a key role in building data collection UI for background checking software. Trupti also trained team members in React JS, managed a team in Mexico, and handled the integration of third-party recruiting software. Trupti was instrumental in creating a dictionary for front-end controls and worked on drug and health screening software integration.

Prior to Sterling, Trupti worked at TalentWise as a Software Developer for four years. In this role, they developed automation frameworks, created test plans, managed and trained resources, and fixed bugs in the development code. Trupti also led efforts to increase code coverage and worked on a prototype for Optical Character Recognition.

Trupti started their career at T-Mobile as a Software Developer, where they worked on coding and accommodation of backend changes. Trupti also built N-Units for unit and integration testing.

Before T-Mobile, Trupti worked at Microsoft as an SDE, where they designed and coded automated tests and tools for the Business Intelligence team. Trupti also managed an offshore team and worked on automated tests for Bing Maps performance.

Trupti also has experience at Intirat Corporation as a Software Engineer, GSI Commerce as a Software Consultant, and SunGard in various roles. At Intirat Corporation, they developed and tested software in Object-Oriented Perl. At GSI Commerce, Trupti built feeds for new clients and coordinated with clients and the product management team. At SunGard, Trupti developed a customer portal module and worked on management information systems.

Overall, Trupti W has a strong background in software development and has gained experience in various technologies and industries throughout their career.

Trupti W completed their primary and secondary education at St. Mary's School in Pune, from 1986 to 2000. Following that, they attended S. P. College, Pune University, from 2001 to 2002, where they obtained their Jr. College degree. Trupti W then pursued their higher education at Pune University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology.
