Chief Human Resource Officer at Strivector

Brajesh Khare has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Brajesh currently serves as the Chief Human Resource Officer at Strivector Corp since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President and Head of HR at DVoiS Communications Pvt Ltd from November 2019 to September 2020. Brajesh also held the position of Head HR at iRunway from December 2011 to November 2019.

Before joining iRunway, Brajesh Khare worked at Mahindra Satyam as the Head of HR for the UK and Ireland Geography. In this role, they were responsible for managing the HR function for a major geography and overseeing a team of 2000+ employees across various technologies and industry verticals. Brajesh held this position from August 2007 to December 2011.

Earlier in their career, Brajesh Khare served as the Head of South India Operations at Ion Exchange India Ltd from April 2005 to January 2007. Brajesh began their career in the Indian Air Force, where they worked as a Squadron Leader and held various roles in the HR field. Brajesh was also involved in the learning and development activities of a premier Air Defence College and was a part of the management committee of Aeroshow 2001. Brajesh'stenure in the Indian Air Force lasted from December 1991 to August 2002.

Brajesh Khare's education history starts in 1988 when they enrolled at Maharshi Dayanand University, where they obtained a Master's of Science degree in Physics with a focus on Electronics. In 2007, they pursued a Certificate Course in Management at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, specializing in General Management.

In 2020, Brajesh completed a Certificate Program in People Analytics and Digital HR at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore. Additionally, they obtained a certification in HR and Digital Transformation from LinkedIn in August 2020.

Most recently, from 2021 to 2022, Brajesh attended XLRI Jamshedpur, where they pursued an Executive Diploma in HRM. Brajesh'sfield of study included Strategic HR, Analytics, and OB (Organizational Behavior).
