Kiarash Bahari is currently a researcher at The University of British Columbia since May 2023, and also engaged as a volunteer with Spinal Cord Injury SCIA UBC and the Red Badge Foundation. Kiarash has held various roles, including volunteer positions with Strive Living Society and The Reading Bear Society, where responsibilities include managing social media. As the founder of Tazarv, Kiarash advocates for women's freedom and supports immigrant women. Previous research experience includes positions at the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada and Otto Labs, as well as research involvement with the Misdiagnosis Association and Research Institute. Kiarash holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from The University of British Columbia and completed education at the National Organization for Development of Exceptional Talents from 2007 to 2017.
