Robin Tomaszewski, PMP has extensive work experience in project management and has held various roles in different companies. Currently, Robin works as a Senior Project Manager at Launch Consulting Group, where they provide project management support to a healthcare client on system change initiatives of varying scopes and sizes.

Before joining Launch Consulting Group, Robin worked at Nokia for over 20 years. They held the position of Senior Project Manager - IT ERP & B2B Capabilities, leading project management and change management initiatives for global projects supporting SAP and B2B platform changes, as well as Salesforce enhancements. Robin collaborated with cross-functional teams of different sizes and worked on projects ranging in scope and size from $50K to $7M+ USD.

During their time at Nokia, Robin also served as a Project Management Office (PMO) Lead, overseeing the design and implementation of PMO standards for the program management team representing the North American customer business. These standards catered to projects of various durations and scopes, ranging from one month to multi-year, and from $10K to $2M+ USD.

Additionally, Robin took on special assignments as a Project Management Office Lead for the US ERP Migration Program and as a Project Manager for a global corporate restructuring initiative. They were also responsible for delivering project management support for the restructuring and transition of US Order Management operations to Canada.

Prior to their roles in project management, Robin worked as a Customer Service Team Leader and a Project Controls Manager. Overall, they have demonstrated their ability to successfully manage projects of varying complexities, sizes, and budgets throughout their career.

Robin Tomaszewski, PMP attended Illinois State University from 1989 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. In September 2005, they also obtained the Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute.
