Tim Berger currently serves as the Head of Tax at Stripe, a financial infrastructure platform for businesses, since December 2023. Prior to this, Tim held the position of Senior Vice President and Global Head of Tax at Zoetis from June 2022 to December 2023. Tim's extensive experience in global taxation also includes an Executive Vice President role at MasterCard, where responsibilities encompassed planning, compliance, income tax accounting, mergers and acquisitions, and staff development from February 2009 to July 2022. Earlier, Tim was Vice President of Global Tax at Sealed Air Corporation and Director of International Tax at BD, focusing on international tax planning and compliance. Tim earned a Master of Science in Taxation from Pace University's Lubin School of Business and completed undergraduate studies at Rider University and St. Mary’s High School.
