Saoirse Fahey has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning across multiple companies. Saoirse currently holds the position of Independent Non-Executive Director at Ervia since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of Global Finance and Strategy at Stripe starting from 2020. Saoirse also served as the CFO and COO at Phorest Salon Software from 2019 to 2020, where they led various teams and focused on the company's growth and operations. Before joining Phorest, they held several positions at Microsoft, including Senior Director Finance Western Europe, COO and CMO, Chief Finance Officer, Finance Director for Microsoft International, Chief of Staff, and Head of OEM Sales Ireland. Saoirse's early career started at Price Waterhouse Coopers in an auditing role.

Saoirse Fahey completed a degree in Electronic Engineering with a focus on Computer Programming at University College Cork from 1990 to 1994. Saoirse then pursued a Professional Diploma in Accountancy at Dublin City University from 1994 to 1995. In 2009, they attended Kellogg Executive Education to obtain a degree in Marketing. Saoirse also received additional certifications in Insight Selling from Microsoft and Modern Marketer: Marketing Automation from Microsoft Modern Marketer in 2017. Additionally, they have completed a Leadership program in Sales Leadership at Hult Ashridge.
