Raymond Nieva has extensive experience in IT operations and support, with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving in IT Operations at Stripe since April 2022, previous roles include collaboration apps support at Meta, where responsibilities involved managing escalations and optimizing user experience across various collaboration tools. Additionally, Raymond has provided IT support across the APAC region for Deliveroo, managed IT field services at Uber, and held several positions at Apple, including AppleCare Backup Team Manager, where coaching and performance evaluations were key responsibilities. Early in the career, roles included technical support for Creative Labs, Getronics, and Dell International Services. Raymond holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Mapúa University.
