Meenakshi Dhingra is an experienced leader in global operations and vendor management, currently serving as the Head of Global Operations and Vendor Management at Stripe since January 2021, where responsibilities include managing a global team of over 3000 people focused on user operations and community support. Prior to Stripe, Meenakshi held various significant roles at Google from 2007 to 2020, including APAC Head of SMB Sales Strategy and Operations, Head of Global Support Operations, and Country Staffing Lead, where contributions spanned customer support, partner management, recruitment, and strategic planning. Earlier in the career at Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Meenakshi was Operations Officer overseeing safety and maintenance in sales and distribution for a large refinery. Meenakshi holds a Post Graduate Degree in Management from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology.
