Lindsay Ritchie has extensive experience in technical recruiting and talent acquisition, currently serving in a technical recruiting role for Stripe Professional Services since January 2024. Prior to this, Lindsay held various positions in talent acquisition at Elanden Advisors and previously at Stripe, as well as at Recharge Payments and Reddit, Inc. Starting as a technical recruiter at Mondo in 2016 and advancing to a senior technical recruiter role at Reddit, Lindsay has built a strong background in recruiting for prominent tech companies. Lindsay began a professional career at Target as an Executive Team Leader. Educationally, Lindsay holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Management from Fordham Gabelli School of Business.
